Four-wheeler ride

McCall is a beautiful place to take a four-wheeler ride, and Spencer can't get enough of it. For such a timid child, who is afraid of quite a bit, he sure does love to go fast. While visiting Pannell side of the family a few weeks ago, we decided to take a family four-wheeler ride to Boulder Lake. Between 7 four-wheelers we were able to pile on 10 adults and 14 kids.

Utah Trip

A few weeks ago Scott, the boys and I took a quick trip down to Utah for a funeral. We were accompanied by Scott's parents, his older brother Jason, and his wife Lisa. Planning for this trip was done on a whim; this particular funeral was unexpected. The funeral was for Scott's mom's cousin...not exactly sure what the title would be to Scott...second cousin?? It was an emotional, yet beautiful funeral. The funeral was only about 30 minutes outside of Salt Lake, so Scott and I decided to stay an extra day to visit Salt Lake, and one of my best friend's Melina.The replica of the Salt Lake Temple is amazing, and definitely worth your while to go see.I think this is the 3rd or 4th time that Spencer has stayed in a hotel...and he is on cloud 9 everytime. He loves to go in the elevator, find our room #, swim in the pool, go get ice, go to the vending machine...he gets so hyper. Spence thinks it's hilarious to make funny faces for the camera...one thing that drives me insane when I'm trying to get a good picture. Isn't that something that teenagers do??...but a 3 year old?..sometimes funny, yet very irritating.
It was so nice to see my friend Melina. We grew up together..literally, I don't know if a day went by when we didn't see each other. We only got to see each other for a few hours one evening, but it was so fun...we walked around Temple Square and then went out to eat. The next day, which was Sunday, Scott and I walked around temple square, listened to a few presentaions in the visitors centers, walked around the conference center and then came home. It was really nice to get out of town, and definitely need to stay longer next time.

Family reunion X 2

Earlier this summer, my family planned a camping trip to Ponderosa State Park in McCall. My whole family, excluding my brother in law but including my grandparents, got to come. However, Scott's sister decided to come into town, and Scott's grandpa passed away the same weekend....causing a double family reunion. Luckily Scott's fam lives in McCall, so we were able to split the weekend between my side and scott's side. Double the family reunion, double the picture's...here we go

Have you ever seen so many toe-heads? We filled our days with swimming, bike rides, and the Valley County Fair. And yes, that is Scott (orange shirt) wrestling a cow to the ground.
